A beautifully mature Cabernet, showing the ageing pedigree of Huntington Estate.
The nose is deeply varietal with blackberry and mulberry fruit lifted by mint chocolate and liquorice notes that are backed by cedar spice. The palate is medium to full bodied with a saturation of black fruits that are kept in check by flowing acidity and tannin that also provide the medium for a chocolate mint biscuit character. There is faint leather and spice to finish with expansive and textured blackberry and mulberry fruit stealing the show. Showing no signs of falling over.
