Certainly hitting above its price point with varietal aromatics of blackberry and cedar like spice; the palate continues the thread of blackberry fruit with tannins that take on dark chocolate and cigar box like spice. There is a great balance of fruit, oak and tannin to finish that sets this up for immediate and medium term enjoyment.
