An inky deep red with purple hues in the glass, the nose is a heady mix of blackberry and plum with rich milk chocolate an enjoyable stablemate. There is a sweetness to glossy plum and black cherry before fine tannins take on more of a bitter dark chocolate influence. The mid palate has some unsweetened liquorice before length of drying black fruits. Plenty of future potential here, best from 2024 onwards.
