You know this is a quality Cabernet as soon as the floral, yet brooding black fruits and sweet cigar box spice. The palate is supple initially with expansive blackberry fruit before a subtle build of texture that is more bitter dark chocolate and olive in terms of impact. There is an autumnal leafiness that goes with generous spice and supple mulberry fruit to finish.
