2021 Erin Eyes Celtic Cross Cabernet Rose

There is always a structural appeal to cabernet based rose, with citrus and red berry fruits enjoying a textural and savoury backdrop that is afforded by the variety. In terms of colour it is a pretty salmon hue, with aromatics that mix wild strawberry and raspberry with lemon zest.

The palate has good dimension with red berry fruits chaperoned by citrus acidity that gives length. There is an understated herbaceous thread that adds to the mid palate before red cherry and white pepper frame the finish.
