The aromatics of this wine speak to beautifully expressive Cabernet Sauvignon that is grown in one of the premier sub-regions of McLaren Vale; deeply set blackberry has an array of green herbs and backed by liquorice. The liquorice influence continues on the palate and glossy black fruits are accentuated by black pepper and cured meats, there is a graininess to tannins and very good length.
