A lovely light pink with a slight salmon hue, the nose is a pretty combination of wild strawberry, red apple skins and a faint note of Turkish delight.
The palate is generous and supple with a continuation of strawberry fruit that is joined by light red cherry. Texturally there is a drying aspect to the mid to back palate with a red apple tartness that gives definition to finish.
A rose that will perform well with food and enjoyable in it's own right.
