What do we have here ? A cab mac Grenache that pushes all the boundaries, with a great result !
A light red in the glass as you would expect, the aromatics have punch and concentration with floral red cherry and strawberry fruits that are perfumed with rose petals. The wine carries its 15% alcohol well, with generosity and depth of primary fruit that helps the wine glide across the palate. Tannins are drying, and acidity well balanced that give contrast to Christmas cake like spice to finish..
