A bright, vibrant red in the glass, the nose has milk chocolate to plum fruits that are both varietal and floral. The plate has a baseline of chalky tannin from which medium bodied plum and currant show themselves, there is a cedar and graphite not to the wine which takes over on the mid palate which has fruit that is thinning. The finish is more about savoury, graphite like texture than fruit with good length.
