Youthful, red to purple hues in colour, with attractive plum and redcurrant on the nose that works with a twist of mint and spice. The wine is medium bodied, with well framed tannins that take on richness from oak and structure from the fruit without being overbearing. There is plenty of juicy red fruits on the palate with mocha and unsweetened liquorice giving complexity as the wine draws to a close.
