A medium red in colour, the nose is bursting with floral plum and mulberry fruit with background spice and faint liquorice. The palate is supple and wrapped in a sheath of milk chocolate, ripe plum and mulberry fruit are balanced by fine tannins and enough acidity to keep things flowing. The finish enjoys liquorice and olive influences to the fruit. The length is good, and for $25 this is great value.
