The flagship release from Coulter Wines, and a blend of Saniovese and Cabernet Sauvignon which is more old world than new.
A glossy deep red in colour, the nose gives plum with with touches of olive and licorice and an ever so faint spearmint character. The palate shows a full bodied wine with density of rich plum and blackberry fruit; there is an olive brine contrast and tannins that balance the rich fruit well. Generous length to finish.
