Sinewy dark cherry meets cured meats and Christmas cake like spice in the nose. There is great freshness with flow and drive to the medium bodied palate that is coursing with red cherry that has textural bramble and fruit derived spice; the faintest touch of liquorice strap frames the mid palate with very good length. An excellent example of Nero from the Vale !
