There are only four known Benvedro vineyards in Australia, with the wine made in a Noveau style. The nose has floral dark cherry and raspberry fruit that is accentuated by black pepper and cured meat. Juicy, supple and mouth filling palate as you would expect; with a continuation of the nose in terms of fruit tending more dark cherry and seeing generous wild strawberry. The finish is all about dusty earth and cured meats.
