A light red in colour with great clarity. The nose gives undergrowth and stem alongside black cherry and some reduction.
The palate has precise red berry fruits and tannins that are superfine but have a cherry pip like bitterness that is in equal measure to the impact of fruit and flow of acidity. Fruit is savoury and enjoys an embellishment of spice to finish.
A decent decant required.
