2019 Northern Hope Pinot Noir

A little over 1400 bottles produced from a single vineyard in the Macedon Ranges and the first release of Northern Hope. A medium red in terms of colour with gentle spice and lifted red cherry alongside a touch of earth. The palate is supple and builds in terms of concentration and impact; red berry fruits have a faint autumnal feel, acidity is finely textured as are the tannins which help frame the long, but understated finish. A pretty wine, that has an understated elegance that will keep growing over the next 3-5 years.
