The wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from grapes grown at Lord Malmsbury's meticulously kept Estate Vineyard.
The wine is a light to golden yellow in colour with heady aromatics of white peach and brioche; the palate has textured acidity that works well to contrast the baseline of brioche and blanched almond that comes from time on lees. To finish there is some Oyster shell and citrus zest to attractive stone fruits; very good length.
