A light colour in the glass as you would expect from the 2020 vintage. The nose has some mushroom and earth that is backed by red cherry; the palate is light to medium bodied with good purity of red berry fruits. Tannin and acidity cut a fine but firm figure that is commensurate to the wines medium frame. A touch of bramble and savoury spice to finish. A very good expression from a tough year.
