2021 Curly Flat Central Pinot Noir

A glossy deep red in terms of colour, the nose has a finely detailed array of rhubarb, dark cherry, smoked meats and undergrowth. The tannins fill the mouth, but have both a suppleness and power to them, not something always achieved with Pinot Noir .

Black cherry has a dusting of spice and cuts an attractive , full frame but is given contrast from fine yet firm acidity; to finish black cherry has a plushness that is countered by a touch of black tea amongst brown spices.

2021 is an absolute stunner for Curly Flat.
