2021 Oakridge Yarra Valley Pinot Noir

The wine was fermented with a combination of whole bunches and whole berries which you can tell in terms of the colour which is a light but vibrant red. There is a floral almost candied note to red fruits on the nose that is backed with rhubarb and undergrowth. The palate is medium bodied and sees red fruits moving more to black across the palate and picking up some bracken and cherry pip like influences that are much more savoury.

The finish sees a drying black cherry with long, earthen length.
