A light red in colour, likely in part to the 100% whole bunch fermentation. The whole bunch has given a gently sweet spice that is the impact of fruit and winemaking style and fruit tends to wild strawberry and cherry.
The palate is initially well rounded and evolves with impact of both tannin and acid across the journey as all good Pinot Noir should. There is an autumnal and earthen influence on the mid palate and taut lines of cranberry like acidity that gives vibrancy and texture. The finish has good length and is deeply varietal.
