A wine that is adorned by all those that helped to make it ! The wine is cloudy by design and gives a copper like hue in the glass.
A nose of sour edged cherry with wild strawberry and a dusting of alpine herbs. The palate has a moreishness to it, with black cherry having a bramble edge but enough definition of fruit and silkiness of texture on the mid palate to provide contrast.
Wild strawberry meets cherry to finish with flowing but balanced acidity that affords very good length.
