A blend of Sangiovese, Cinsault and Shiraz from McLaren Vale. The wine is a pretty but full pink with orange hues, the nose shows rose petal with wild strawberry and a touch of Turkish delight. Stephanie is no shrinking violet, there is good definition of savoury strawberry and raspberry fruit that has a textural astringency but is swept along by flowing acidity. The finish is drying and has a tar and roses aspect to it that calls out for food.
