2006 Rockford Rod and Spur Shiraz Cabernet

An iconic Australian blend from one of Australia's cult wineries. The 2006 is in a good place, having benefitted from time in the bottle. The wine is a deep red that is just starting to fade around the rim, the nose shows dark fruits of both plum and blackberry with savoury olive complexity in the background.
