This highly collectible wine is a blend of 93% Shiraz, 5% Grenache and 2% Viognier that spends close to two years in French Oak, with a considerable portion new.
The wine is a glossy dark red with an aromatic and attractive nose of floral plum, generous oak and liquorice. The palate has backing spices interlaced between syrupy dark fruits, with a mineral core of tannin that gives great structure to the fullness of the wine. The presence of quality oak gives spice to the finish, with incredible length.
