A 90% / 10% Blend of Shiraz and Roussane, it's a Rhone blend that I have had a number of times recently and enjoyed. The nose has savoury dark fruits alongside more floral Roussane which in this case gives an enjoyable if not a little funky apricot lift
A wine of excellent structure with precise acidity and layered texture the highlight. In terms of fruit there is a rum and raisin character that sits well alongside dark plum and background licorice.
