2015 Haselgrove Cul-Stor Shiraz Cabernet Cabernet Franc

The quintessential Australian blend, but with a dash of Cabernet Franc. There is a lot to like about this wine, the aromatics showcase the sum of all parts with plum and blackberry from the Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon and understated herbaceous notes from the Cabernet Franc.

Generous up front dark fruits with fine and supple tannins that combine with a milk chocolate like richness that's interjected by oak spice on the mid to back palate. The finish adds some savoury flare to the luscious fruit of the mid palate with a lingering finish of drying plum and dark chocolate.
