2021 Gaelic Cemetery White Hut Shiraz

A vibrant, glossy deep red with purple hues in terms of colour. There is the same lovely fruit driven primary aromatics consistent with the 2021 Gaelic Cemetery wines; with expansive red cherry and vibrant plum fruit has a veneer of spice on the nose. The wine glides across the palate with a cherry hubba bubba influence that is vibrant and pure. Tannins are fine and acidity flowing. Wonderful as a young wine and will grow well into more secondary, less vibrant expression in years to come.
