A light copper in colour with aromatics that jump out of the glass with creamy red cherry and strawberry. The palate sees a continuation of the red berry fruit, but set against a taut backbone of acidity and the fruit looses some of the purity that you see on the nose and becomes more savoury in impact. The finish is drying and has good persistence.
