This is an exciting rose, the wine is produced from Tempranillo and enjoyed time in older french oak for four months prior to bottling. The Tempranillo grape and winemaker intervention has produced a wine that has concentration of red cherry, strawberry and cranberry fruits but enjoys generosity and creaminess from time in oak and on lees. The finish provides taut acidity and a savoury textural thread leading to a bone dry but lingering finish.
