2018 Sidewood Estate Rose

The wine is made from Tempranillo and sourced from the Ironstone Road Vineyard. It's a pretty burn orange in the glass with lovely aromatics of fresh raspberry and strawberry. The palate sees a continuation of the juicy and generous red berry fruit with a seam of savoury sage and acidity giving impressive contrast and length to the wine. There is a red apple like tartness to finish with the wine to enjoy a year or two in the bottle and an great food match.
