A Christmas cake like spice on the nose alongside plum and black cherry. The palate sees generous fruit working alongside earth and spice with the arm wrestle between the two the highlight in terms of texture on the palate. Tannins are formidable and give depth to the mid palate, whilst also taking on roasted meats. The finish is long and savoury.
