The wine was produced from a single block in the Adelaide Hills, with a nose that is fresh and vibrant showcasing dark cherry, earth and fresh herbs. The palate is laced with dark cherry and plum that takes on aniseed and understated earthen spice, tannins are fine, and acid is supportive. The interplay of tannin and acid give length and finesse to juicy red berry fruits to finish.
