A wonderfully precise and elegant Blanc de Blanc with freshness and verve. The nose gives white flowers, faint brioche and a touch of citrus; the palate has great contrast to it in terms of flowing stone fruits and higher toned toasted almonds; acidity is lithe but so well integrated with fruit and lees induced artefact. A very impressive release.
