A golden yellow in colour with an expansive and rich nose of white peach with blanched almonds, fresh fig and a touch of flint. The palate is generous and both tempered and tapered by a savoury backbone of acidity that takes on a grapefruit like thread and contrasts the expressive stone fruits. The influence of oak and time on lees gives textural inputs and frames the fruit driven finish that is long and moreish.
