Reductive flint with white peach and understated fig that is laced with oak derived spice. There is a wonderful tension on the palate with mineral acidity that has piercingly pure stone fruits with a build of almond meal. Oak gives spice and texture on the mid palate before precise white peach unfurls to finish, etched with brioche and a pull of citrus. The length is significant.
