The palate is precise, yet expansive with stone fruits taking on a touch of vanilla cream and cashew nuance, likely from either time of lees or partial malo. The finish is textural with a touch of clotted cream and citrus zest. Somewhere between Burgundy and Jura if you were thinking at an international scale.
