The grapes are sourced from the Eden Valley, wild fermented and aged in French oak. The wine is a light to golden yellow in colour. The nose has a dry honey note to white peach and meyer lemon. The palate has steely, lemon laced lines of acidity that are bracing and are coursing with green apple and citrus. There is a touch of stonefruit and flint but the acid is all consuming and takes over the wine. Time will soften, but likely not enough.
