A light to golden yellow in colour, the nose is laden with stone fruits, but also has worked lees influences and generous vanillin spice. The palate is rounded and seductive with plenty of winemaker derived complexity and ripe fruit, yet there is balance of acidity and a faint savoury pull that provide plenty of interest and texture. Those that enjoy a well made, but decadent chardonnay will need to form a line here.
