A heady mix of struck flint, tightly bound vanillin oak and piercingly pure nectarine fruit. The palate shows intensity of fruit with stone fruits given backbone and texture through a mineral line of acidity, oak giving spice and texture and some subtle less influence broadening the mouth feel on the mid palate. The finish is long and has balance of vineyard, variety and winemaker influence, with the potential to live for many many years.
