NV Sidewood Nearly Naked Sparking

A nice bubble in the glass with aromatics of pear, citrus blossom and toffee apple. There is plenty of acidity that gives a green apple like zip but also ensure the wine has a nice drying character as opposed to the sweetness that can be overpowering. The finish is more about the acidity than fruit, however there is a lot to like here. This really stands out in terms of quality within the category. Don't expect a vintage champagne, but instead a genuinely enjoyable drink.
