Honeyed marmalade meets dried apricot and candied brazil nuts on the nose; there is an unctuousness to the palate with plenty of ripe apricot, fig and the faintest thread of ginger. There is great acidity to a wine that has so much residual sugar that ensures things remain fresh and flowing, there is apricot skin like textural contrast to finish with such mouth filling length.
