This is a wine thatwill turn heads, Pinot Blanc from theBarossa Valley. There is lovely aromatics of pear, musk and lemon with a touch of dry honey and camphor. The palate has crunch of citrus fruits and just ripe pear that works against a mineral, moreish line of acidity. Citrus frames the finish with slowly developing honeyed pear in the background.
