A nose of musk, kaffir lime, lemon zest and jasmine. The palate is framed by crunchy acidity that is built around lime and etched with jasmine. There is a textural pull and saline thread on the mid palate with an enjoyable minerality to the wine. The interplay of sweetness and acidity is masterfully handled, with the finish long and having citrus interjected with floral spices.
