Light yellow in the glass with nashi pear and a touch of Meyer lemon on the nose. The palate is generous and well proportioned with ample pear and green apple that benefits from an enjoyable textural interplay between savoury saline characters and richer toffee pear and crystallised ginger.

This is a superb example of the variety.
