A light yellow in the glass, the nose is a heady mix of pear and pickled ginger. The palate is medium to full bodied with a textural background of tangy meyer lemon that brings contrast to riper nashi pear and musk stick like spice. The finish has a delicious persistence of pear with some faint spiced notes and lees derived complexity.

A delicious Pinot Gris.
