A classical nose of fresh brown pear and a touch of musk on the nose, the palate continues the pear influence and has breadth of mouthfeel whilst maintaining a refreshing, mineral line of acidity. The finish sees layers of savoury texture and honeysuckle notes playing against candid citrus with excellent length.
