The wine is true to the grigio style with apple and underripe pear on the nose, the palate has a lovely baseline of crunchy acidity that is almost riesling like and provides the perfect baseline from which richer pear and pink lady apple give textural contrast and mouthfeel. The acidity ensures length and focus to finish.

A wine that comes from good fruit, but some very clever winemaking is clear.
