The grapes were sourced from the Adelaide Hills and the wine opens up with high toned aromatics of varietal new season pear and some background musk like spice. The palate is well proportioned with a fullness of mouthfeel and suppleness of ripe brown pear that has a lovely textural contrast with the wines more savoury influences. The finish has enjoyable, autumnal like spice. A great value wine.
