The wine was sourced from Nagambie Lakes, and gives a light yellow and a fleck of green in the glass. Lime meets freshly cut blossoms with a touch of musk on the nose. The palate shows a wine of texture and elegance, the backdrop of citrus and wet slate builds and is as pure as it is fine. Fresh lime wins out over the floral tones, but only just; the finish lingers with poise and structure.
